The Mill Grounds Photo Experience offers 90 minutes of reserved access to our historic property for photography, content creation, and personal storytelling. Whether you are capturing family portraits, engagements, maternity sessions, senior photos, or creative branding imagery, the grounds provide an ever-changing backdrop of gardens, waterfalls, historic architecture, and creekside views.

Inn Guest Access & Experience First

Guests staying at the Victorian Mill House are always our highest priority.

Inn guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the Mill Grounds throughout their stay and do not need to book separate photography sessions in order to enjoy or capture personal memories of the property.

Photography experiences are intentionally scheduled only during select off-peak windows when the inn and grounds are not reserved for overnight guests or private events. This ensures that every guest experience remains peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained.

Your 90-Minute Experience Includes

For $50 per session, guests receive:

• 90 minutes of reserved access to the Mill Grounds
• Entry for up to 6 guests
• Access to gardens, Timmerman Creek waterfalls, historic mill structures, and scenic walking paths
• Bring your own photographer or take your own images
• Complimentary parking
• A naturally unhurried, private environment designed for meaningful photography

This experience is designed for families, couples, creatives, and anyone looking to capture something beautiful in a place that feels timeless and intentional.

Session Times

To preserve the quiet atmosphere of the inn and ensure the best possible lighting conditions, photo experiences are offered in limited daily time blocks:

• Morning Light Sessions
• Midday Sessions
• Golden Hour / Evening Sessions

These time blocks are carefully scheduled around the rhythm of the property and are not available outside designated booking windows.

The Mill Grounds Photo Experience is offered at $50 for 90 minutes as part of our commitment to keeping this historic landscape accessible to local families, creatives, and storytellers.

Rather than limiting the grounds to large-scale productions or exclusive rentals, we believe in opening the space for meaningful, everyday moments—engagements, family portraits, senior photos, and personal creative work.

This pricing reflects our intention to keep the experience beautiful, simple, and within reach while supporting the care and preservation of the property.

Sessions are intentionally limited each day and often book in advance, especially during golden hour.

We recommend reserving early to secure your preferred date and time.

After booking, you will receive confirmation details including arrival instructions and designated access areas.
